Although undated, the plan is from around the time of the hand-off. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlong with a detailed side profile, the plan shows seven decks.  While in Royal Mail service to South America the ship carried three classes, but Shaw Savill converted it into one class.  You can see remnants and redundancies of the class divisions in this plan. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eShaw Savill's tenure was short-lived as in 1971 the ship was sold to Leif Hoegh and sent to the shipyard to suffer one of the worst ship indignities -  the superstructures and interiors were removed, a full-hull enclosure was welded on top, and the ship became a 3,000 vehicle car-carrier.
