Product Description

Norwegian America Line: A fold-out (26" by 34") deck plan from the late 1950s or early 1960s for the OSLOFJORD, Norway's first large post-war liner.

Six decks are shown, from the exclusive Sun Deck with its Viking and Peer Gynt suites plus forward-facing Club Oslo, down to the Lower Deck with its indoor pool and Turkish Bath. There is also a sketch showing off the handsome lines of ship.

From the mid-1950s until the mid-1960s the OSLOFJORD provided a suitable companion to her similarly designed younger sister BERGENSFJORD. And like her sister, the OSLOFJORD was destroyed by fire.
