North German Lloyd:  A souvenir box made of Taurand porcelain with a crinkle glaze. 
 
The 3.5" by 5.5" by 1.5" box is trimmed in gold and features a portrait the BREMEN I of 1858, on the line's earliest transatlantic liners. 

On the inside of the cover is a portrait of the ship where this lovely souvenir was offered in the gift shop, the BREMEN IV. Attached is a photo of that gift shop.
