It unfolds four times to a massive 38" by 50" (!!!), promoting two Caribbean cruises in April 1935. 

Unfold one describes the two cruises with a route map and itineraries.  Unfold two is all about the ship with large b&w photos of the Dining Saloon, Palm Court, and Lounge. Unfold three features a large color portrait of the STATENDAM/ Around the perimeter are ten destination photos and two from the ship - Smoke Room and Indoor Swimming Pool.  

The highlight of the brochure (for ship lovers) is unfold four which reveals large plans of the STATENDAM. Eight decks are shown in color-coded splendor covering everything from the elegant First Class public rooms on Promenade Deck down to meanest little Third Class cabins in F Deck.  Please don't book me into one of those!  Also shown are extensive rates and three cabin photos.
