Pacific Mail Steamship Company - A twelve-page brochure from the early 1920s for Pacific Mail's "Sunshine Belt to the Orient."

While the venerable line had sold off its fleet in 1915, by the early 1920s they were back with large and comfy "535" liners leased from the United States Shipping Board.

Ship photos are from the PRESIDENT CLEVELAND, one of five sister ships sailing for Pacific Mail. Besides a portrait, images show the Stairway, Dining Room, Smoke Room, Barber Shop, and two cabins. A color route map shows the San Francisco - Honolulu - Yokohama - Shanghai - Hong Kong - Manila route. In back are small plans showing four decks. The rest of the brochure is filled with travelogue and images showing the wonders of Hawaii and the Orient.
