The plan is from the early 1950s.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWow, some of those color combinations are shocking to the modern eye!  The Smoking Room with its rich wood veneers and moss green leather chairs, and the Main Restaurant with its muted brown and taupe look lovely.  But what to make of the Verandah Cafe with its jarring orange curtains and sky blue chairs, or the theatre with lipstick pink walls?  My dear mother, who decorated our 1960s summer cottage in green, yellow, and orange, would have loved it.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhenever I view deck plans I pick out which cabin I would want.  While the big suites on Main and A decks look elegant, I want one of those Sun Deck rooms tucked up near the bridge.
