Dollar Steamship Lines:  A fascinating look at the interiors of the Dollar Line circa 1934.  Other than an introduction, this thirty-two page brochure contains one crisp b&w photo per page. 
 
What an interesting mixture of ships!  There are deco flagships PRESIDENT COOLIDGE and PRESIDENT HOOVER mixed in with the World War One "522s" and "535s" built by the U.S. Shipping Board.  The two newer flagships were very stylish.  

Photos from the COOLIDGE show the Promenade Deck, an outside stateroom, Marine Tea Garden, Continental Lounge, Smoking Room, and Boat Deck.  Views of the HOOVER show the Smoking Room, Writing Room, a suite "moderne", Deauville Swimming Pool, and Writing Room.
