There is the usual destination info when you open the brochure up at the first fold, but for us ship buffs the fun starts when you open it up again.  There are five large color photos of the ship and her interiors.  The smart little Cocktail Bar is shown heavily paneled in glossy veneers.  The forward facing Garden Lounge looks more basic with wicker and potted plants while the Dining Room is decorated in light colors and woods.  A stateroom photo show simple but comfy wood furniture.  A deck photo shows passengers playing games.  The pics are rounded off with a profile of the handsome ship.  

Opening the brochure up all the way reveals big deck plans showing all or parts of six decks.  The cabins look large and well laid out.  The OSLOFJORD was well designed for transatlantic service during the busy warm months and leisurely cruises during the colder months.  She sailed successful with fleetmate BERGENSFJORD until the late 1960s.
