The model is lit internally and would have drawn many a ship fan young and old when displayed at night in a travel agency window.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe half-hull is 40\" long which works out to about 1:300th scale. The detailing is just the right amount to provide an accurate view of the QE without overpowering the simplicity of the display. Outside measurements of the display are 43\" long by 13\" tall by 7\" wide.
