The souvenir is from 1905 to 1931 when the CARMANIA was in service.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe ship is fondly remembered for two reasons.  First, CARMANIA was Cunard's first turbine-driven ship and paved the way for the speedy sisters MAURETANIA and LUSITANIA.  Second, she was the victor in a vicious sea battle at the start of WW1 between herself and the CAP TRAFALGAR.
